Getting to know us:
As a health and physical education teacher, I feel it is my job to help teachers find easy, fun, and exciting interactive tools to have on hand for the short BRAIN BREAKS everyone needs throughout the day! I hope everyone finds an activity that is perfect for their class! Don't be scared and have fun while allowing your students to move!
I also want to provide all the health knowledge I can to my students and their families! This website will keep them up to date on activities that can happen inside and out of the classroom. There is no better support group than the members of one's family. Who doesn't love family activities that get you up and moving?
I hope this site helps you learn more about the importance of movement and health for different individuals! We all need to give our brains a break, so if your in class or at home get up and move at least 60 minutes a day! Why don't we start now and start together?
